Join the Savory Celebration chefs for a Tapas Night Cooking Class where we will be teaching hands on how to create some of your favorite small plates.  Our executive chef, Evan Brady is the 2009 first place winner of the Pinchos and Tapas National Competition in Valladolid, Spain and he excited to share his knowledge in this exclusive cooking class.

 

Menu:

  • Jumbo Green Asparagus wrapped in Serrano Ham with Romesco Sauce
  • Sautéed Sea Scallops with Pickled Red Onions and Spicy Piparrada Sauce (spanish sweet pepper sauce)
  • "Beef Empanadas" - Ground Beef, Smoked Paprika, and Manchego Cheese filled Puff Pastry
  • Almond Flan garnished with Marcona Almond Brittle and Candied Orange Zest

 

This is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle or 6 pack to accompany the class.
