Join us for Healthy Cooking 101 where our chefs with go over the basics of eating healthy.  This is not just a class where you will learn how to reproduce recipes, but rather an educational session where we will teach you how to prepare all your favorite meals in a healthy way.  We believe that you can eat healthy and lose weight without sacrificing taste or wasting too much time in the kitchen.

 

Menu

  • Mixed Beet and Goat Cheese Salad with Pistachios and Orange Vinaigrette
  • Beef Tenderloin with Cauliflower Purée, Fava Beans, and Sautéed Red Kale with Garlic.
  • Grilled Halibut with Citrus Vinaigrette, Beet Israeli Couscous, and Mixed Wax Beans with Fresh Mint.
  • Vanilla, Lemon, and Berry Parfait

In addition to the menu, you will learn:

  • to properly cook vegetables to retain their nutrients
  • how to properly cook proteins in a low fat way while retaining flavor and keeping it moist
  • how eating certain foods will give you more energy
